OOCR

OOCR Central Slovakia is a professional destination management organization focused on developing tourism in the Central Slovakia region, including tourism marketing and the promotion of its members, which include local governments (cities and municipalities within the region) as well as commercial tourism entities, civic associations, and non-profit organizations.

OOCR Central Slovakia supports cultural, social, and sporting life and the preservation of natural and cultural heritage. It provides advisory and consulting services and also focuses on tourism education.

The organization’s activities are funded by membership dues and a grant from the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic.
